There are many myths about sex,masterbation and acne... But the true is, it doesn't cause acne.There are nor certain findings to prove it...But its might be due to the hormonal changes when you grow up(sexually active stage)

avinav, what you mean for ‘sex’, is it sexual activity or sexual change? Sexual activity has no impact over acne. Yes, when you get puberty there are certain hormonal changes of course and you get acne.
