Looks like pityrosporum folliculitis. Other condition which may have similar presentation are acne vulgaris and staphylococcal folliculitis. If itching is severe you can exclude acne vulgaris. Pityrosporum folliculitis is caused by yeast and the other two are caused by bacteria so treatment methods differs. Please consult your nearby clinic for confirmation and treatment.

I think it is red patches.

go to a doctor and be checked out. it could be shingles. it could be what deepak said or it could be bug bites. we can't tell by just a picture. please see a doctor.

I do observe this sometime on my skin but its hardly 1 or 2 and its get vanish after 2 days but these is something big you need to check it out.
