Mostly people are very conscious about skin care and how it looks. Here I have mentioned top 3 tips on how to take care of acne prone skin.

-To achieve beautiful skin, make sure you invest in a good body loofah. This helps remove dead skin cells of the body and prevent the development of ingrown hairs! Make sure you never use a sponge in the face. Our tissues are more sensitive than other parts of the body. However, it is necessary to avoid using any body exfoliant on the face. The main reason for this caution is that the facial tissue is more sensitive and finer than those tissues of the body.

-Drinking is a way to reduce acne or stop the inflammation. We are so obsessed with the use of creams and lotions, which seriously forget some of the simplest things in life is under our noses. Drink plenty of water will keep our skin hydrated.

-Maintaining a diet is so important. This allows for a healthy skin. If your diet consists of fatty foods and acidic foods, your face will show through the skin oily and acne often. It is better to have a diet that is balanced, but the focus is more fresh, leafy vegetables and fresh fruit.

Choose a cleanser specially formulated for acne. These products often contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, which help to clear acne sores.
Clean your face gently, as trauma to the acne breakouts may worsen the acne or cause scarring. When washing your face, use your hands, as any terrycloth or other scrubbing material may cause acne sores to rupture.

Eliminating acne could be a tedious and very challenging task to do. It does not help much that there are too many anti-acne treatments and procedures available. Often, people get more confused when deciding which medications to use. The proliferation and abundance of natural home remedies is also further aggravating the situation.
Worry, stress and lack of sleep can upset the body and create acne and skin problems. Try taking a shower before bed to relax yourself. This also cleans and hydrates your skin and hair before you go to sleep.

While a healthy diet is important, it ultimately comes down to using the right products for your skin. A common myth is that acne prone skin needs to be dried out in order to heal. This is false. Acne prone skin needs to be hydrated on a regular basis, but it needs to be done in the right way. You should stick to all natural ingredients and look for products designed specifically for your skin type-blemish balms and blemish serums work well also. Hope this helps!
