pic is not that clear, a closeup pic might be good....When does it started? how long? Any change in shape and size ? pain on pressure ? hard soft ? any recent infections? or trauma to the lips, any procedure done ? any drugs history ? ur Age? you have not given any details on the lesion. Could be just harmless fibromas, granulomas or nevus, but it is very important to rule out possibility of malignancy. Please visit Oral Surgeon for excisional biopsy and get it removed.

Im 16. this has been there since i was 14. it use to be a bit smaller. theres no pain. it is in between soft and hard since its on my lip. it doesnt cost any infection.

I do agree with deepak if there is any change in shape, size, color and nature recently u should go for excisional biopsy immediately and rule out malignancy even if there is no pain.Though i couldn't open your image, lesions on injury prone areas are easy to turn malignant,so it better to rule out worst before going for simple diagnosis.

Hello,

As i ca see it is clearly visible. I think it is not a spot but look like a pimple. Even i have some pimple on my skin that is seems permanent but pain less and later it heels automatically. First let me know the duration you are facing this problem if it is since childhood then there must be something Harmon disorder and can be remove easily with laser treatment and if it is visible since last few day's or month then give some time to heel itself.
If you do not notice any effective results then go for a laser treatment.

I think it is just an eruption which can be due to hormonal disorder as pritishppt indicated. However get a dignosis done from a good derma clinic. If it does not cause any problem, then I would advice not to go for any chemical treatment. It leads to furthur complications later. Most people have somthing on the other on their skin surface. If it is not harmful then its best to leave it the way it is.
