You can find several Prickly heat powder in your local store, I'm not sure if they contains those ingredients. Tried searching with those ingredients couldn't find any. But most of the prickly heat powder contains those ingredients. Nycil is a famous brand when it come to Prickly heat you can buy it from amazon.com

zeasorb af powder is the only powder i know of that contains miconazole. i know that isn't what you asked but all the powders in the usa that were anti-fungal, caldesene, gold bond powder . their formulas have changed and now they only have zinc in them. nothing to fight fungal infections like prickly heat. sorry. caldesene powder was my powder of choice for both my girls for heat rashes. sorry i couldn't help you. not now. it doesn't work without the one ingredient.
