Hi folks, I read an article a few weeks ago about using tea on your face to ease the outbreak of redness from eczema. It was only a feature but i couldnt remember it all. Does anybody know what type of tea and in what form it is used?

Tea reduces the risk of cancer is true as it helps cleanse the body from toxins. Any non- alcoholic liquid is helpful in cleansing our system. Water does the same.

Upton Tea I love best and I've bitten the bullet and bought a big deal. The beer in full swing since I read any recommendation to the contrary. Certainly, it makes sense to treat as green tea, but I have not had any problems with the boiling water completely.

Yes, green tea is good but I don't think it should be applied on the face you should DRINK it, I think that way it is way more effective. After all, it does go into the bloodstream and reach your skin. :)

Apply green tea to your skin is a great thing. Drinking it too is good. I have read that one should not drink more than 2 cups of green tea per day. LIke Brenda says, everything in moderation.

green tea contains caffeine unless it says caffeine free. i can drink a cup of coffee and sleep but i would think someone with insomnia would not do well drinking anything with caffeine. chamomile is the tea that relaxes you.
