Could you suggest the best home remedy for treating white heads and freckles? Can I avoid getting them altogether?

Lemon juice is the key to removing freckles. Rubbing on lemon juice will fade freckles effectively and quickly. Increasing your intake of Vitamin C will also help. Try eating lots of citrus fruits like oranges, grape fruit, lemons, and lime. You could also try soaking a towel in tea (real tea, not organic) and letting it sit on your face for about 15 minutes. You could also put some sour cream on the freckled area and let it stay for a while. Rinse it after a few minutes and apply moisturiser. For white heads you need to exfoliate your face at least thrice a week or else see a professional who could work on your whiteheads deeply.

lemon juice is good for fading away those spots, but be careful because the acid in it can also make your skin more sensitive to the sun! for white heads, just make sure you cleanse, tone, and moisturize properly everyday.

Freckles are sensitive skin’s reaction to sun. Use sun block or sun screen lotion or cream when you go out. Do remember that the effect of the cream does not last for more than an hour or so. Hence, if you are in the sun for a longer period, do apply cream again. At the end of the day, give your face a de-stressing mask with either yogurt base or honey base. Neem is extremely good and can be used in various ways. If you have access to fresh leaves of neem, just soak them overnight and then make a paste the next day.

Yes, ripe and mashed banana makes a good face pack. To make it stay on your face, you might need to add either some gram flour, fuller’s earth or honey to it, depending on the type of skin you have, oily, normal to dry respectively.

For whiteheads, fenugreek leaves is a good choice. Make a paste of fenugreek leaves and apply. Let the paste stay on your face overnight. Wash with tepid water in the morning. Do not forget to wash your face thrice a day if you have oily skin.
