Rash On The Neck

Hello
I have had this red line going around my neck for a while and recently it's been really itchy and its become more red than usual. I don't know what it is. I have put cream on it to help but nothing seems to get rid of it.

if it isn't an alergic reaction to a necklace or tee shirt, i think it could be a heat rash or candida. candida is a yeast infection. you can get it when you are overly warm. if it is this you can get some miconazole cream and put sparingly on your rash. also after you put the miconazole on you can get some hydrocortisone cream to put on top. sparingly. the hydrocortisone will help the itchies as the miconazole fights the infection. i get this under my breasts in the summer. the best medication is still prescription that has nystatin and triamcinalone in it. it is a cream but like i said it is prescription only in the USA. Hoped i helped a little. if it doesn't go away after you did what i suggested see a doctor for a better diagnosis. i am not a doctor just familiar with skin problems.
