If you notice that your facial skin is devoid of force, flaking very quickly and has numerous folds of expression, it means you have a dry skin and is shown to care for it carefully. The skin becomes dry skin due to changing capacity to retain water. For the sebaceous glands work more slowly for those who have dry skin, they face problems such as acne unsightly, but are more prone to premature wrinkles. To avoid aging face is necessary to follow a girl's care.
Beauticians advise us to follow the daily (morning and evening) four basic steps: cleansing, toning (avoid toners that contain alcohol), eye contour gel (because the eye is the subject of wrinkles) and moisturizer. Evening, those of us who have reached 30 years with a moisturizer can replace anti-wrinkle cream. Besides the daily ritual, a weekly front of you should enjoy a scrub - but carefully, do not use harsh abrasives, but for dry-film mask and a hydrating mask.
How to moisturize dry skin with homemade beauty masks
Here are some simple recipes with spectacular results: some clay mixed with egg yolk, milk and honey and apply on face, avoiding eye contour. After 20-30 minutes remove with warm water ..
Why is dry skin?
Cosmetic products will have a high content of vegetable oil. There are people endowed by nature with such a type of skin, and people whose skin becomes dry in time.
Here are some of the causes of dry facial skin: repeated use of improper type of skin creams, insufficient hydration (it is recommended to drink two liters of fluid a day), stress or some endocrine imbalance.

Problems of dry skin is basically due to lack of nourishment and water retention capability. This becomes evident with age as the surface texture starts to loose its elasticity. However, the best way to keep such problems at bay is to include a suitable exfoliation and cleansing regime.
Most people who happen to posses dry skin surface textures tend to wear on excess moisturiser. This is also visible with those who use cremes and wear it all night long. In contrary, this increases the intensity of the problem. There is a rise in sebum production from the pores on the surface. Hence, this leads to severe problems of acne and blemishes.

I am unsure whether it is Broline or Boroline as I've heard of Boroline which is an Indian product. It is an antiseptic creme which is great for cuts and chapped lips. But the product is extremely greasy with an awful smell. It does heal skin dryness but leaves a sticky skin afterward.

The best way of getting rid of dry skin is by using a moisturizer on your face every day. Using olive oil also helps as lot.

Here are some tips to take care of dry skin:
-Don’t use tap water on dry skin because the deposit on it doesn’t moisturize the skin. It is better to use mineral water and then pat dry the skin.
-Cleansing the face helps very much to get rid of dryness. Use a moisturizer because it increases the content of water on the skin and gives it a moist look.
-Avoid using chemical soap. Make sure that you use non detergent and neutral pH products to cleanse the skin.
-Massage your face with nourishing cream every night and apply baby oil on your face after a shower.

willis, in a previous question you said you had acne scars and didn't know how to get rid of them but if you use a honey and yogart mask they should help not only your dry skin but the scarring.

To keep your face looking as youthful as possible, you need to properly cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize your skin while never leaving the house without at least 30 SPF sunscreen.
In the morning, a splash of lukewarm water is all you need (I find it's great for removing excess oils from your nightly moisturizing). Never wash your face with hot or cold water (both can cause broken capillaries).

Willis Brenda has a good point. Your yogurt mask should help your scarring. Please let us know it if has. It might help others with the same problems. :)

boroline is made up of boric acid, zinc oxide, and lanolin. boric acid has some poisonous effects but in small quantities it helps to cleanse, zinc oxide has antimicrobial and sunscreen effects and lanolin is very moisturizing. i don't know how much boric acid is in this product. but the zinc and lanolin are good for keeping the skin soft. If you can stand the smell and the stickiness. i am responding to adina's question on the first page.

I would suggest you use La Vie Celeste Restorative Exfoliating Gel Mask and try doing several sessions with it. But I'm hopeful you'll start to see results in about 2-3 days. Plus drink juices and water.

Drink lots of water
I have had success with many natural masks for dry facial skin.
Give this a try
1 tsp powdered milk
1 tsp of aloe Vera
1 tbsp warmed honey
2-3 drops of essential oil.
Leave on for 15-20 min. Rinse thoroughly. Good luck!

Here are a couple of ways you can take care of your dry skin
Moisturize well
Apply lotions and moisturizers after taking a bath every day. Choose a moisturizer that is thick in nature. Reapply as and when your skin tends to get dry.
Stay hydrated
Drink about eight to 10 glasses of water every day. Drinking lots of water on a daily basis will provide hydration. One of the reasons dry skin tends to get even drier is because it suffers from dehydration. Drinking water ensures your skin is healthy and glowing.
Take a bath in lukewarm water
Instead of taking a bath with hot water will rob your skin of moisture. Thus make sure that you are bathing in lukewarm water. Also steer clear of cold water; it will make your skin even drier.
Protect your skin from harsh weather
Try and protect your skin from harsh weather conditions. Especially during the winter months make sure that you moisturize your skin well and keep yourself warm.
