Does anyone have experiences with the products? Ideally someone who has ridiculously dry skin like me.

Body Shop do wonderful products. :) I don't have dry skin, but I have used their Cocoa Butter, Strawberry Cocoa Butter and Sweet Pea Body Butters. :) They're beautiful and very thick so you'll feel ultimately moisturised. Give them a go. :)

I wont buy products from the Body Shop any more. Body Shop is now owned by L'Oreal, and L'Oreal tests their products extensively on animals. So, though Body Shops products haven't been tested on animals, ultimately, you're supporting L'Oreal's animal testing.
Its a personal choice.

Body Shop campaigned for years for cruelty free products yet when they sold the company they sold it to a company who openly admits to testing on animals. I am not a vegan due to health issues but I object to any form of animal cruelty. As I say, its a personal choice not one I am forcing on others.

The original post was not about animal testing. To focus back to that question - yes the body shop body butter is great for super dry skin.

I haven't been here in a while. Sorry I didn't have the time to acknowledge all the input.

Even though I didn't refer to this issue on my question, I'm happy it was brought up. I did hear about this recently somewhere else and have been avoiding their products since.

This is a good site to see what products are cruelty free http://www.peta.org/living/beauty-and-personal-care/companies/default.aspx
