The best for supple and smooth skin. Just apply a thin layer of unflavored yoghurt on your face and let it stay for 15 mins.

yes yogurt is good for a facial mask. you can add some oatmeal to it also and the oat meal will sooth the skin along with the yogurt.

Apply plain Yoghurt to the face and gently massage in a circular motion and relax for up to 20 minutes.then gently rinse with lukewarm water. So, it is effective at cleansing and disinfecting pores, preventing acne and moisturizing skin. So, it is a good facial mask.

Yoghurt mixed with turmeric paste and neem water. I like the combination so much. It works extremely well for my skin.

Yes, this works well. It is also a really good breakfast, mixing 3/4 cup of oatmeal with yogurt. Very healthy.

Yoghourt is really a good food. It tastes wonderful. I love it. I often drink yoghourt and use the remains apply on my face. The effect is very well. Sometimes I mix the yohourt with a litter honey. It can moisturize for your face and make the face smooth and white.

Definitely gotta try this .... Yorghurt also has lactic acid in it, which helps to gently loosen and exfoliate any dead skin on the face ... Tumeric is a natural brightener and Neem is has great healing and regenerative qualities ... I can only imagine how good this face mask would be ....

Naturally reduce fine lines and wrinkles from forming with an anti-aging yogurt face mask. The lactic acid in yogurt will help dissolve dead skin and tighten pores. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to three to four tablespoons of yogurt. Apply the mixture to your face for about 30 minutes, three times a week.
