Here are few tips to prevent hair loss:

Avoid too much styling experiment with hair. Coloring or perming your hair often can damage it. It is advisable not to perm and color hair the same day.

Too much blow drying or hot curling can damage yourhair. Also, do not pull your hair. Pulling hair put strain on the follicle and this may result in permanent damage and the follicle no longer being able to grow again.

Avoid combing or brushing wet hair as they are more fragile when wet.

Identify the right shampoo for your hair. Every shampoo has scientific value. To get the most for your money match it up to your hair type.

Always wear a bathing cap while swimming and shampoo your hair immediately afterwards.

Internal: Drink enough water, if you feel weak take vitamins or eat a lot of fruits&vegetables...
External: Home made masks (with the yolk from an egg or two, some olive oil, a little bit of castor oil and some honey), massage your scalp with red pepper tincture...

Hair fall is a common issue with most people. This can happen due to varied levels of stress and anxiety, inadequate sleep, eating disorders and even improper hair care products. This can also become a major issue if sufficient hair care is not included in your lifestyle.

Try and get a hair product that suits your mane and stick to it. Frequent changing of formulations can as well affect your hair resulting into hair fall. It is recommended to visit a salon and opt for a hair nourishing spa at least once a month.

If your hair is colored, chances are high that they might start falling. Chemicals tend to invade the hair follicles and damage the interior structure. Wash colored hair with products formulated to treat it specifically. Again, an experts or specialist's treatment would be great to ensure that chemically colored hair is healthy too.

I use a combination of coconut oil, caster oil, honey and lemon juice. At times I even add the white of an egg. I perticularly take care to include a spa each month and rinse my tresses with tea leaves soaked in warm water after each wash. This gives a natuural shine to my hair and also prevents hair fall.

Just don't forget to drink as much water so that your hair would be nourished. Once the body looses water, the scalp dries up and the hair becomes dull.

If you have been experiencing greater loss of hair than ever before, it is time for you to act fast as what is today may not be tomorrow.

It is important for you to note that hair fall in women is caused by many factors including genetics, low iron levels, hormone imbalances, thyroid anomalies, poor nutrition, and pulling hair constantly when styling.

By including a few fruits and vegetables, you can actually improve quality of your hair and control hair loss to a significant extent.

Avocado is an excellent option for healthy and shiny hair as it includes fats, Vitamins (B, E, and K), and the highest fiber content. Spinach, a rich source of iron, is another good option for growing hair. It is recommended that you have a tomato with spinach so that vitamin C of tomato helps in absorbing iron of Spinach.

You can even try including summer squash to the meals as it a rich source of carotenes, B1, B6, niacin, folic acid, and antithetic acid that are useful for providing shine and volume to hair. Apricots are one of the best options for promoting hair growth as they are rich in carotenes including lycopene and lutein, iron, fiber, and potassium besides being useful to prevent cancer.

Last but surely not the least, it is important for you to include sweet and sour cherries to your meals as they are good source of melatonin, flavonoids, copper, manganese, and perillyl alcohol that are second to none in promoting hair growth.

The major reason that hair on the scalp thrives more lavishly than on other Shampoo and proteins is the eye of a better thing, is not the answer to your hair. They make the hair softer and more often due to fill temporarily the gaps in the hair shaft. However, the repair of damaged hair, as poor management of hair loss or for other reasons, still are. Shampoo does not increase the amount of hair, either. Try using herbal products to avoid chemicals. They can damage your hair.

The real score of stress and hair loss. Excessive stress will lead to hair thinning and excessive hair loss. In other words, stress negatively affects the hair growth cycle. If you have that kind of problem, you need to seek from the expert. Or else call Leimo hair treatment expert. Leimo products work for men and women with hair problem that's what I've noticed.

I have been a user of the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack, a suite of topical hair loss treatment products, for almost two and a half years now.

Luckily, a friend told me about his little secret. Like me, he was suffering from hair loss. He has male pattern baldness inherited from both sides of his family, from his mother and father. I was a little surprised because I noticed that his hair is thicker and healthier looking. It made me wonder if he really has pattern baldness. But then he told me about his secret and suggested I should employ the same hair loss treatment. He recommended the use of the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack as a means to prevent and stop the progression of my hair loss.

At first I was skeptical about the product, so he told me about the Leimo 30-day Free Hair Loss Treatment trial. He was the one who encouraged me to avail of Leimo’s promotional activity. Due to his urging, I called the Leimo hotline and availed of the 30-day free hair loss treatment trial.

Now, the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack is still a part of my daily hair loss treatment routine. For the past two years and more, I have noticed an improvement in the quality and growth of my hair. Thanks to the encouragement of my friend, I found a way to regain the health and beauty of my hair with the help of the Leimo hair loss treatment program. I would like to extend my gratitude to this treatment. They made my life complete. My self-confident is getting back now and increasing as well.

Some styles that require tight pulling and elastics, clips, etc. can be a cause of hair loss if done on a daily basis. Be careful how you style your hair.Avoid layering cuts that lose a lot of your hair. If you're already experiencing hair loss, don't speed it up by having the hairdresser remove more hair!

i think It doesn't matter whether we use oil or not, for the most important thing to do daily to keep your hair nice and healthy is to drink atleast 2 - 3 lits. of water and have plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. To keep hair healthy, clean and soft shampoo and condition it once in 2or 3 days.

It's better to use natural products to stop hairfall than to go in for expensive parlour treatments, that may not help the problem.

Try the following easy tips at home and see how effective they are in reducing hair loss!

1. Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.
2. Natural juices: You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

3. Get a head massage: Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

4. Antioxidants: Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

5. Practice meditation: Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.

Well hair fall can be of many reasons. We can describe the outer reasons but there are also inner ones too. The hormonal issues, imperfect diet and weaker nourishment to the hair are also the reasons for hair fall. So it is possible to prevent to these causes first, then think about the outer ones.

Massage the head with oil for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with a shampoo. A hot oil massage with olive oil will also help.
Ensure that you eat nutritious food, with plenty of leafy vegetables. Have a soya milk drink and multivitamin tablets if you do not have time to have a healthy breakfast.

I was experiencing hair loss too, from stress, but even before that I was losing more hair than I was happy with. I started using Arganlife anti hair loss treatment and really enjoyed massaging my scalp with it, leaving it in while I was in the shower. Pure Argan oil to be good for dry and itchy scalp. I have stopped losing hair and I can see new growth around my forehead, and my hair isn't receding along my hairline anymore. The line also has oils that you can apply directly to your scalp.

I stopped to use usually shampoo , because Arganlife shampoo doesn't have sulfates in it . If you can avoid sulfates, you can probably see more hair growth.

Hair Loss / Baldness
Baldness is not usually caused by a disease, but is related to aging, heredity, and testosterone. In addition to the common male and female patterns from a combination of these factors, other possible causes of hair loss, especially if in an unusual pattern, include:-

- Hormonal changes (for example, thyroid disease, childbirth, or use of the birth control pill)
- A serious illness (like a tumor of the ovary or adrenal glands) or fever
- Medication such as cancer chemotherapy
- Excessive shampooing and blow-drying
- Emotional or physical stress
- Nervous habits such as continual hair pulling or scalp rubbing
- Burns or radiation therapy
- Alopecia areata -- bald patches that develop on the scalp, beard, and, possibly, eyebrows. Eyelashes may fall out as well. This is thought to be an immune disorder.
- Tinea capitis (ringworm of the scalp)

HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT for Hair Loss / Baldness
Hair-loss is again just an indicator that there is something not well in your body. The hairs may fall due to a local infection or due to a systemic disorder or deficiency. The treatment also varies accordingly. The following homeopathic medicines are often found indicated in cases of hair fall:

Alum, Ars, Bar-c, Carbo-veg, Flour-ac, Graph, Lyco, Nat-m, Nit-ac, Phos-ac, Phos, Selen, Sep, Syph, Thallium, Vinca.

Similar to Serena, I use coconut oil on my hair with wonderful results (a Victoria Secret model overnight it in her scalp) as her in terms of shiny, strong strands and preventing hair loss. But it's messy, greasy and takes too much work to rinse off. Then I found that those who make my loofah in pure coconut oil for my exfoliation and daily shower also have Coconut oil bar for hair care. This is what I use now and discarded my modern store-bought soaps, shampoos and moisturizers which I found out are actually detergents made of various strong chemicals.

Thank you guys for all the tips. Will this still work for bald spots on the back of the head? I like wearing high ponytail, so I am guessing this is why the bald spot is there. The long hair is all gone though, settled with shoulder length hair - better to style and fix to hide the bald spot.

Natural Remedies can also prevent hair fall.
1.Coconut
Not only does it promote hair growth, but also conditions it. It has essential fats, minerals and proteins which reduce hair breakage and is also rich in potassium and iron. You can use coconut oil or milk to prevent hair fall.

2.Onion juice

Onion is a rich source of sulphur which helps in hair growth by increasing collagen production. Using its juice on the scalp can help in controlling hair fall

3.Garlic
Like onion, garlic too has high sulphur content. This is the reason why it is used in traditional hair regrowth medicines. You’d be surprised to know these beauty benefits of garlic.

4.Henna
It is mostly used as a natural hair colour or conditioner but henna has properties that can strengthen your hair from the root. If you combine it with other ingredients, it makes for a better hair pack.

It is believed that losing about 100 hairs on a daily basis is common and is a part of the hair growth cycle. It happens when you brush your hair or even when you do nothing. But new strands grow and replace the fallen one. Hair fall has probably happened to most of us and is attributed to a number of reasons including genetics, health complications, poor diet, or even use of medications.

Medicinal intervention and lifestyle changes are the two approaches to hair loss prevention. When in doubt, see a dermatologist, he/she will be able to recommend medicinal products to help you get rid of hair fall issue. You can also buy Hairootz capsules offered by reliablerxpharmacy.com for the prevention of hair fall. The capsules provide you nutrition and replenish the mineral deficiency in the body and prevent hair fall. These can be extremely effective in treating your hair loss problem, but the disadvantage is that they work only for as long as they are used. Your hair begins to fall once you quit the hair loss treatment. Hair transplant is another way to regrow your lost hair.

The procedure must be done at the dermatologist’s office, and several sessions are required to achieve the desired natural look. However, if diagnosed at the right time, you can control hair fall with certain home remedies that are extremely beneficial in saving your delicate strands.
• Coconut milk is enriched with nutrients. Massaging it onto the scalp can help reduce hair fall.
• Aloe Vera gel is considered as wonder gel for the scalp; it can be a conditioning treatment and help fight hair fall.
• The hot oil massage can stimulate blood flow to the scalp. Pick coconut, olive, almond, or mustard oil for best results.
• Pick hair care products that best suits your condition. You can get your favourite hair care product online at an affordable rate.

Hair fall is a natural phenomenon. There could be many reasons for hair shedding which include lack of nutrients, unhealthy lifestyle, mineral deficiency, medications such as steroids, pollution, stress, aging factors, pregnancy in women and a genetic disorder.
