Hi guys. I'm new here :)
I need help with my facial problems of acne and scars. Also does anyone have a good procedures for taking care of your skin and keeping a clearer skin? and etc.
Also I a Oil-Free Neutrogena Acne wash twice a day once in the morning and at night. And that's pretty much all I used on my face because I don't really have very oily or dry skins.
And recommendation for any type of products?

And I provided two pictures of one side of my cheeks.

The picture shows me right cheek since it more serious than the left, my left cheek only has a few of those scars.

Any type of given advice and help are appreciated.

it looks like regular acne to me. first make sure you cleanse your face on a daily basis. use some benzoyl peroxide to dab on the existing pimples. cleanse your face again at night before you go to bed. the neutrogena cleanser is good. the benzoyl peroxide will help dry up the pimples. start out using a low dose of the benzoyl peroxide. i can't dry out your skin.

I would suggest you to try Nivea facial wash for men. I personally have tried nivea facial wash for women and I must say it has given me a good result. And I would advice you to just use one or two chemicals to your face to avoid complications. And I think your face is too sensitive that's why use only mild chemicals that you think will suit your face.

The Oil-Free Acne Wash from Netrogena is excellent for acne. It contains salicylic acid at 2%which will definately help your acne and your skin. It is good idea to use this face wash whether you have acne or not so don't stop using it after your clean clears up.

After you use this wash follow Brenda's advice with just dabbing the benzoyl peroxide on the spots. This regime will really help you and you should see results quickly.

Acne scar on face is a major problem nowadays. Afterwords, it may become sensitive for most of the people. In that case, I can speak about my experience. My skin used to have pigmentation marks, now they have diminished over time after I apply DR Secret skin care. It is very good, but need to apply daily. If you are not lazy, skin care is better than any laser removal.

I had problems with acne scars but tried loads of stuff to try and fade them. To be honest hardly anything really works, accept seeing a professional skin care doctor which costs a lot. I did try murad post acne spot lightening gel that helped a bit, not much though.

As for a cleanser, i'd just try some of the more common ones like murad, proactiv, zenmed. Some work for certain people and not others so you'll need to just try them out.

Application of honey and lemon is best for acne treatment.

I need to contradict you here...
For example persons with oly skin, will never have good results using this treatment based on honey and lemon. In some cases can the acnee can become even worse.

Honey and lemon has helped some people but it has not been a proven remedy for acne.

Benzoyl peroxide is one of the best substances to treat mild to moderate acne. It is an organic compound and is contained in most over-the-counter products, including lotions, creams or sprays. Many specialists consider it an effective treatment and can produce results in four to six weeks.

Believe it or not, toothpaste it still a favourite amongst a lot of people to treat acne and it really does work.

Toothpaste ? It's first time when I hear this.
I guess the skin will dry out very much. This will not cause injuries ?

Actually if you google you will find many who recommend tooth paste. You only dab it on the spot itself not all over your face so no it will not dry out your face. It really does work.

Yea i too have seen many people claiming the fact that toothpaste works. yea it might work for some people if they just have very mild acne which just comes and go. I don't think it will work on severe acne or any chronic acne suffers. But if nothing is working, u can try it out. But remember for many people toothpaste might even irritate the skin or aggravate the acne resulting in more acne breakouts.

It would be for those small breakouts that's for sure. You are right, not for severe cases.

Good to know.
Thank you ;)

The most safe and effective treatment for the majority of patients with acne scars is the Fractional CO2 Laser (the most popular laser in this class are the Fraxel Repair, Mixto laser, Active FX, Deep FX, Matrix CO2) This laser is a new, so called “fractional” laser. This means that the laser works by resurfacing only a “fraction” of the skin at a time, leaving the surrounding area intact for faster healing. This vastly reduces the incidence of side effects and has given us the ability to treat all skin types.

I had bad pimples before and I used Boroplus herbal anti acne cream, it helps to effectively eliminate acne and pimples while keeping the skin well moisturized. It assists in providing relief to skin that is sensitive to acne, pimples and zits.

Go natural! It's a good way. But If the condition is serious, consult a professional dermatologist.

Try using DARI NATURAL's Soothing Facial Butter. It really helped me to clear my acne scars. I also like their cleanser. They use all natural ingredients, the stuff doesn't cause irritation, and really does clean your pores. Also try putting a few dropes of lemon juice on the scars and spots, it works really well too!

I agree with AdinaP. Applying toothpaste over pimples really works to reduce pimples and is one of the best ways to dry up a pimple fast and get clear skin overnight.

I heard about using toothpaste years ago and do use it myself. I don't know technical terms but by putting a blob on the spot overnight it dries up the area and stops the spot producing a head or getting too inflamed. It will cause a dry area where it is applied if used a lot over a few days but this soon goes by exfoliating the skin and using a good moisturiser. I would recommend it as a quick fix but I am sure it would do more harm than good to use it too often and on large areas.
