My mom is almost 50 and recently reached the menopause. Now her skin seems to break out in rashes that look like pimples, but have no heads. I see the appearance of lines has also increased. What can she do to keep her skin normal?

Hormonal changes after menopause are major issue for skin conditions. The changes in progesterone and estrogen levels effects your skin and your skin might be thinner also drier and less elastic, its due to the oil glands that are less productive during this stage.
Using good quality moisturizer on your skin and regular use of sunblocks will help fight against the problems.Use skin care, and cleansing products which are more natural, without harsh chemicals that will further dry the skin.Use the products which have added antioxidants such as Vitamin C. These antioxidants help protect your skin from free radicals, which will make the skin age faster.
If the problem is serious talk to your doctor about HRT( Hormonal Replacement Therapy) and the skin changes he'll prescribe the favorable treatment for your mother.

I want to stress the importance of Vitamin E for women over 40 as well. It really works wonders for skin and nails and it is good for other issues that females have such as slowing down of hormone production. Any woman over the age of 40 should be taking 800 IU of Vitamin E per day.

HRT may be a costly affair. She consulted with a beautician and the beautician advice to increase the beauty regimen to include more nourishment to her skin. As per advice, she is now regular in her exfoliation and face packs - A facial massage with essential oils like olive oil which is diluted with an equal amount of water. I’m waiting for the improvement.
Thanks for the valuable suggestion.

Yes, vitamin E helps in smoothing the fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. It is also help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. But I feel, natural vitamin-E will be more powerful to combat the situation.

Natural vitamins or those obtained by food are by far the best. There are however good vitamin supplements that are very beneficial. It just takes some time and research to find out which ones work better than others.

Fibre is very important. This indigestible carbohydrate is concentrated in the peel and rinds of fruits and vegetables and in the outer layers of grains and pulses. Fibre rich promote radiant glossy skin and clear eyes

Why dont you suggest your mom to take Myra-E. It works well, helps those wrinkles away, making your skin more healthy and younger. My Mom used it all ready and she could not believe it. Why? because she looks 10 years younger, softer and a lot healthier. So what are you waiting for? hurry!

If she is 50, her skin does some changes. It`s normally for everyone. If nothing happens that would be abnormal, understand?? She should try some popular creams and use them for her skin. It will help her 100 percent...

Perhaps we should change our attitudes in our society! Aging is a part of life and no amount of expensive creams, potions, face lifts and botox can change that. We should embrace advancing age, life experience and wisdom rather than trying to engage in a futile attempt to reverse it. Hot flashes, heart palpitations, hormone surges -- yes, you can relieve these symptoms

Menopause definitely has an impact on a woman’s life. There are a number of health conditions/complications that are linked with menopause, during menopause, there are definitely hormonal changes. The most obvious one is the fluctuation in estrogen and progesterone levels in the woman’s body. As a woman nears menopause, less and less of estrogen is secreted. Advice her for a lifestyle change by eating healthy and perform regular exercise. Always discuss with your medical expert if found any serious issues.
