Hello,

I went on a Holiday earlier this year for 3 weeks which involved a lot of walking and bike riding. About half way through the holiday after a long walk (26km) I got an infection/rash on either side of my foot. I assumed it was a friction rash, but when I came back the rash on the inside of my foot stayed for about another 8 weeks before disappearing (Pic A). The rash was not itchy at all. Then a couple of weeks later I got another similar rash on the outside of my foot which I have had for a month (Pic B). Maybe both rashes have nothing to do with the walking/cycling and is something else? Any idea what it is?

have it checked by a doctor. could be fungal or could be your shoes. spray your shoes with lysol until they are almost wet. allow to dry before using them. if it is something in your shoes lysol usually kills it.

Taking bath with warm water and adding two drops of neem oil to it, prevents foot infection.

Like what brenda said have it checked by a doctor for you to make it sure.I would suggest you to buy products that is highly recommended by an expert. Always see to it that you wash your feet regularly to avoid it from smelling and to avoid infections.
