I love playing badminton and I wonder If could already play. Since I have done giving birth and all. What Im after now it to go slim and to bring back my body to its original figure or it not even better. I wanna perspire myself while at the same time having fun. Its almost 1 1/month already after I gave birth.

As you probably have already had your 6 week checkup by your doctor and assuming he has given you a clean bill of health try it out. You will know if it too much for you but I know women who start doing aerobics a few weeks after giving birth without any problems. Follow what your body tells you. If you find it too much then stop for a bit.
