As a professional eyelash extensions technican, I get a lot of questions about natrual hair growth. I think that hair texture and growth can greatly be improved by the types of foods and vitamins we eat. I have found that the over the counter product Biotin can naturally bring about hair growth. Biotin is basically a B vitamin, and can be found in foods like carrots, mushrooms, and other veggies. The problem is that it's hard to consume enough Biotin from food to make a difference. Has anyone ever tried Biotin for hair and nails before?

Biotin is already produced in the body and gets used for strengthening of muscles, bones and tissues. It is used in the growth of hair and new skin cells. Yes. Such of those who are experiencing hair loss would do well to buy the extra biotin.
