My one year old son has small rashes bumps on his neck and chest

Hi, i'm 24 yrs married female, my 1 year old son has a problem so i came here, I hope i'll get good suggestion. My one year old son has small rashes bumps on his neck and chest. He is so irritable and itch a lot, otherwise he is a healthy baby.

can you give some details :
was the rash associated with fever,did he had any throat infection or exposed to excess heat and do you put him on tight clothes, could be due to tight clothes friction with heat if he don't have any infection and fever.

no he didn't had any infection or fever. His Grandma do put him warm tight clothes and always exposed to heat too, as grandma thinks he might get ill if he is not warm.

Could be due to heat and friction, make sure to put light clothings and avoid excess friction. This could be miliaria,what we call as prickly heat.
