Relation between Beef,cow milk and acne

I have heard many people say that beef or cow milk will cause acne, Is it true or false. Would love to know what you think.

I don't think that is possible. This misconception might have come as many cattle including cow are given androgen to make them more muscular and produce more milk.

Though there might be some relation but what i believe is that androgens may already be degraded by cooking before they get to our body and about the milk is concern... will androgen survive heat during boiling and our high level of gastric acidity before it gets absorbed ? I don't think so. If it could be true vegetarian and those who don't take dairy products wouldn't get acne. I think its just another misconception.
