Could be that the products you are using didn't suit you or not the right ones for you. Avoid touching your face with your hands, that will introduce more bacteria to your skin, leading to more pimples. Wash your face three times a day with a good antibacterial cleanser. As far as the pigmentation is concerned, protection from the sun and its UV rays is very important. Make sure to always wear a sunscreen with at least an SPF level of 30, which protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Gently exfoliate. Removing dead skin from your face helps to remove impurities from the skin and allow newer skin cells to surface, which is crucial for treating any externally-caused discolourations. A gentle facial scrub at least three times a week will be a very good idea, but make sure that the scrub doesn’t have big grains in it. Lack of vitamin A results in the thickening and darkening of skin. Vitamins E and B complex deficiency can cause excessive pigmentation problem. Also, please make sure that you drink enough water. Please use a different product that is more water based.
