Hello. I hope this is the right place to ask this.

So, when you sunbathe your body starts producing vitamin D3, right? But is it produced only at that particular part of your skin that gets tanned or does the vitamin production occur all over your body?

Thanks in advance! :)

Well, it`s nice question. In my opinion, it productions all over the body because your body is using 70% of water and it will "run" in whole your body. Only my opinion...

i always thought that being in the sun at least 15 minutes a day allowed your body to make enough vitamin d for a whole day.
