Rash on armpit please help

i have this rash on my both armpit for last 1 week. Its really irritating and it itch so much i just want to cut it off. I did shave my armpit last week since then i have this problem. There are some whitish bumps too. Please what is this. give me some remedy.

Without visual diagnosis its hard to tell. It might be either dermatitis,intertigo or most probably i suspect Folliculitis.Its due to foreign body inflammatory reaction to razor.

You might clean the area with antiseptics and prevent further infection also you can buy OTC antibiotics with anti-fungal and apply and avoid razor shaving. If it still persist contact deamatologist.

did you apply deodorant right after you shaved? try using a sharper razor, i get this sometimes. it is usually when i am not completely dry under my arm and i use deodorant. use soothing stuff like aloe and hydrocortisone cream. now if it is infected use antibiotic creams. and don't scratch. just makes matters worse.
