Thermage: is it worth it?

I'm new here and i think i posted in right section. I'm on my late fourties and I am considering Thermage but before i plan for i would like to get some reviews and suggestion from people who have tried.

One of my friend had use this and she said it was so painful it took here around 2 hours and she paid $2000 around , she is now satisfied with it, her skin is very good now.
