Gentle Toner
2 Tablespoons fresh herbs (avender, calendula, lemon balm)
2/3 cup boiling milk
Pour boiling milk over herbs, cover and let cool. Strain through a cheese cloth and store in sterilized bottle or jar in the refrigerator. A cooling and soothing toner.

Avocado Face Mask for Dry and Sensitive Skin
1 avocado
3-4 drops of almond oil
Preparation Peel and mash avocado and thoroughly mix in almond oil stirring till you get a consistent texture. Apply to face while massaging it gently. Let it rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer. Of course if you are allergic to nuts I would not use this recipe.

well, this is true. Appropriate removal of make up before sleeping could help reduce irritation and reducing the possibilities of getting infected. Also clean and healthy living habits would do to prevent the infection.

Does it seem like every product you use irritates your skin? Are you jealous of your friend's scented moisturizers and perfumes? Sensitive skin may be easily irritated for a variety of reasons. Being aware of how your skin reacts to specific products and making sure you limit those reactions will keep your skin happy. Remember, if any product causes stinging or irritation, discontinue use.

I suggest you to figure out first what causes the rashes. Most people suffers from rashes due to dehydrated skin. If you had the similar experience, just try for more healthy diet, and drinks a lot of water. If you prefer of using lotions, then I think you should go for non fragrance or scents one.

Sensitive Skin is skin that that appears irritated, inflamed, red or has visible capillaries. Chronic weakness of the capillaries, as seen in rosacea and couperose, are also thought of as sensitive skin conditions. These appear as red, spidery veins on the cheeks or nose. Please be aware that both couperose and rosacea are chronic conditions that should be diagnosed by a physician.

Having sensitive skin can be hard in a world of strong environmental influences and harsh chemical beauty products, but there are ways of caring for sensitive skin that can make life easier, free from the dreaded pain and irritations that come with sensitive skin conditions.

If you have sensitive skin, it is most importent that you avoid using most bar soaps on your face. High choice products with non-irritating factor is a must for sensitive skin care.

I have really sensitive skin so i simply use jojoba oil at night. Jojoba oil is hypoallergenic, which means it is unlikely to irritate even the most sensitive skin.
If you are often allergic to creams, lotions, and other products, you probably won’t have any difficulties using with jojoba oil.

You can find a good cleanser at the drugstore. There's no need to spend $40 on a fancy wash. Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin. Choose a creamy cleanser if you have dry skin or a clear cleanser if you have oily skin.

use Sugar Scrub
Sugar – 1 cup
● Oil- 1/8 cup (For the face, Argan oil is also great. For body scrub, olive oil is wonderful.)
● Essential oil (some people also use Vanilla Extract)- .5 tbs
You can tweak the measurements to your liking.

I concluded there is great need for caring the sensitive skin. So one should cover his/her body while going in market or anywhere. So he/she should go through from the natural remedies which one can try at home for his beneficial only. Like a paste of yogurt , turmeric and honey is best for this type of skin.
