Scarless breast augmentation

I heard about scar-less breast augmentation using implants. Can a implant be placed without making any cuts and without making any scar on it. I'm interested to know. Anyone here knows it.

I don't think there is any way that an implant can be placed with out scar. But yea scar could be placed in a location which is away from the breast and is less likely to be visible. For this implant two methods are used -Trans-axillary and trans-umbillical. Trans-umbillical breast augmentation is not a preferred one as only saline implants can be placed with this method.

Most commonly used method is Trans-axillary method. Here, a small cut is made in the axilla (armpit) so there will a minimal scar and hidden in axilla. Another traditional method where cut is made below the breast is also only visible when breast is lifted up.

Recent method so called Fat Grafting for Breast Augmentation is not so widely used as safety and efficacy of this procedure is still to be researched. Further disadvantage is that it may interfer with breast imaging for cancer.

This technique, which involves no incision or scars on the breast itself, is done through an incision hidden within the belly button. A simple tunnel is then created between the skin and the abdominal muscles from the belly button to the breast. Once the breast is reached, the tunnel is extended to the potential space between the breast tissue and the underlying muscle. Then using instruments, a pocket is created behind the breast. Then the empty implant (with filler tube attached) is rolled into the shape of a cigar and inserted into the preformed pocket with an inserter . Following this, as with other approaches, the implant is filled with saline allowing the implant to fold out like a flower within the pocket.

To achieve a natural look that balances shape and proportion to the rest of your body shape, a breast implant should be carefully chosen. After all, size is not everything. Your chest structure should be able to support your new implants, and choosing a size too large than your frame can comfortably carry may look unbalanced, unnatural and even cause difficulties with posture.

But if in case there is something of that sort, be very careful about choosing the right treatment. It could be scam, so beware and go for it after a thorough research!
