I have been suffering from Rosacea for the last few years. I was suggested my a doctor to avoid moisture,he said they might worsen the condition and cause pimples. I'm worried how can i keep the redness and blusing under control. Please suggest some remedies.

Rosacea is commonly seen in sensitive peoples. The main aggravating factors being stress, exposure to extream temperature (hot and cold),hot bath, coffee, spicy foods, alcohol and sea foods.

Its difficult to treat for can be controlled if ones avoid those aggravating factors listed above. Applying soothing agents like calamine lotion during day, using facewash formulated for sensitive skin, taking antacids in the morning and anti-allergy mediation before bed. Always use good sun block it might help.

Intense Pulsed Light ( IPL ) therapy might help improve your overall condition in about 4-5 sittings. You can also apply concealer which matches your skin color to hide the redness.
