What is the survival rate of Malignant melanoma

Can anyone here know will a man with Malignant melanoma survive. What is the survival rate of it. I have currently diagnosed with Malignant melanoma. I'm afraid its prognosis is bad . Please what can i do ?

Listen to your doctor, use sunscreen, and pray that it was found in time to remove it all. it is scary but there are people smarter than me that can help calm your fears. please let us know what it happening. we are all friends here.
