my psoriasis is finally starting to clear!!!

yea! my psoriasis is finally clearing up a little. i don't know if it is the sunshine or the medicine but i am not going to stop either one. i am using cetaphil cream and betamethasone mix, plus allowing the sun to hit my worst spots for about 15 minutes a day. we have been having a lot of rain but as soon as the sun shows it's face i am out there. stress level is still the same so it isn't because i am not stressed. i am so glad. just thought i would tell you.

Great news then.. don't stop using the medications if it clears also.. cause many people make mistake by stopping the medications during summer and it again comes back in winter..apply continuously but small amount..

i wasn't going to stop. my legs were the worst and it is awkward when i wear shorts and have to explain that i don't have a communicable disease!!!!
