Rosea and laser treatment

I'm suffering from Rosacea and i have pimples all around .How can i get rid of those pimples ? Can a laser or any other treatment remove those pimples. Waiting for your needful help.

For pimples of rosacea you can use some oral and topical medications. Lasers could be used for the potential vascular manifestations of rosacea like say to reduce severe redness or remove visible blood vessels. These days a CO2 laser are used to surgically remove excess tissue. But be sure you you get it done with the perfect and reputed dermatologist before palnning for any surgical removal.
