Gift of implants?

Lets face it, my wife's breasts leave something to be desired. I am willing to spend the money on implants, but I am not sure how to go about it? Should I just surprise her with the money, and tell her she can get them? Do I find her a doctor first? I'm not sure what is rude or not.

I'd be quite pleased of a set of implants. I trade them in with a girlfriend of mine and go shopping lol.

I'd say Ron if she's unhappy about her breasts then you'll be ok. If she's never mentioned it your on thin ice

Thank you all for responses! I've actually decided to talk to my wife about it, before deciding for her. She loved the idea and is currently shopping around for a Doctor. Anyone know a good Doctor? lol.
