1.Drinking apple juice and grape juice may be helpful.

2.Apply a cold compress to the affected area.

3.Use witch hazel, diluted in water, to wipe the face. It can be used in place of a skin toner.:)

Thanks for sharing these tips. Rosacea is one of the biggest skincare concern for many. It was my biggest concern. I used to to drink apple juice but that was not an effective solution. A friend of mine suggested a dermatology procedure in Toronto. My case was an extreme one and I had to undergo a Co2 laser treatment.

Hey. My friend also had undergone a laser rosacea treatment in Fairview cosmetic surgery, Toronto. She had persistent redness on her cheeks. She used to drink green tea daily and it was effective to some extend. I have a friend who is troubled by her rosacea. She will include green tea in her diet which im not sure how effective is but she told me somehow it helps..
just got to know that dual yellow laser is quite effective for this. U may want to check if your country got such treatment or not.
