I am a 65 yr. old lady who has developed what my doctor said is either syringiomas or milia. The whitish tiny bumps first appeared on my shoulders, but now I have noticed a few on my face as well. My eye doctor mentioned that I have a few of them inside the eyelid. Where are these coming from? Can make-up remover, or cosmetics in general, such as face creams, be the cause?
