I use diluited lemon juice to help lighten my skin. Simply squeeze the juice out of a lemon, add some water to stop it from burning the skin, get a cotton ball and rub over the skin, leave on washing off only in the night, works great!

using lemon juice constantly on your skin is not a good idea. i hope you are jumping into a vat of sunscreen everytime you walk outside.

Lemon juice is good in moderation, and i have had positive results using it. Obviously for more sensitive skin you want to use it a few times a week, and it is a good idea to dilute it, or even add it to your favorite moisturizing cream.
