i have small tiny (around 1mm) white slightly raised and round lesion on my cheek as i searched and some peoples says its milia.i'm not sure what is it,could this be milia.if yea what can i do to remove this thing..

yes they are milia.

Milia can be safely left alone, but if the you really need treatment, it can be removed with a small needle.using Retinoid could also help to stop new occuring milia..visit your dermatologist for further suggestions on excision if you needed..

hey i also have same like spots but my doctor said they are Syringomas.is Syringomas and milia same or different?

yea it doesn't pain but it looks odd if someone sees me from near.. i have consulted a dermatologist and he said it can be removed..but i'm afraid if it leaves scar on my face..

Millia are keratin-filled cysts where as Syringomas are benign adnexal neoplasm formed by well-differentiated ductal elements.But sometimes Syringomas are associated with millia.. I'm not sure there might be much more different between them.A dermatologist might give you the right answer..

yea it can be removed without scar but be sure to consult a good and famous dermatologist.

try increasing your exfoliation,this might help a little.microdermabrasions could also be benefit

using Retinoid for atleast 3-4 months might decrease.and don't do those popping with needle it may more lead to infection as many people do it.Just consult your dermatologist for further management.

thanks i'm just planning to get removed ,but currently have not enough money for that as they say it cost more.. so may be after 5-6 months i'll get it done.
