taking multi vitamins like mulmin won't help you to cure your acne.. see the posts here related to acne, you'll find some help...
besides, wash your face daily twice with normal facewash..which doesn't contain glycerine or normal ph 5.5 face wash..its good to drink much water but it have no relation with acne.. you may visit dermatologist and take some retinoids as prescribe...
Some prefer bleaching.. but bleaching may further harm your face.. so before you try anything get a dermatologocal consultaion..

Drugs, creams and typical acne cures sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently. Now you can learn these clear skin secrets from a nutritionist and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it's done with the knowledge on

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum but thought that I would try and offer my advice. I have been using a product called SensiClear for my acne. I am currently using their 30 day free trial and have been using it for just under a week now. I have to admit I was very reluctant to try it as I have used numerous others before and none have done what they claimed to do. So far though I am very happy with SensiClear and my skin does appear to look and feel much better. To give you some background I am a 31 year old woman and I have suffered with acne outbreaks since I was in my early teens. I have a number of acne scars and even these seem to be looking a lot better since I started using this product. The website if anyone is interested is sensiclear.com and they have a 30 day free trial.
Let me know if anyone uses it and the results they get, and I will keep everyone updated on my results too.
All the best,
Amanda

EIGHT WAYS TO GET RID OF ACNE
1. Sandalwood is very effective in treating acne scars. Mix it with some rosewater and apply it to the scars. Leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning.
2. Rub ice cubes on the face to tighten the pores.
3. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.
4. Use cucumber juice as a toner.
5. Raw garlic is a very effective acne blemish treatment.
6. Take turmeric internally or make it into a paste and apply it to the skin.
7. Sage and Aloe Vera have healing properties. Apply Aloe Vera directly to the skin. Seep sage in hot water, cool and then apply.

Don't forget to use crushed aspirins along with some water or aloe gel to get rid of acne. Masque with this concoction every other day. Use it as a spray on toner and take it with you whenever you need to freshen up.

What I used to do was, apply lemon juice over the blemishes. I have also tried Garnier's products and they have all helped me a lot.:)
