there are a few companies out there that make body washes expecially for backne. i would think anyone of them would help. try to google body washes for backne and see if anything comes up. i know proactive has one. i think neutrogena has one also. i am sure there are more companies as this has been a problem for quite a while.

I have tried using a lot of ointments, now I am planning to get an exofiliation and chemical peel done from a very good skin clinic.

yup as brenda suggested, proactiv may work well on back acne, if u can't find proactiv, u can search for acne products that contains Benzoyl Peroxide, or salicylic acid. if its severe you can get a prescription for retinoids. ( remember, some retinoids may not be used for child bearing age or if you are planning to have a child)

Showering daily and cleaning your back with hot water might help. you can exfoliate gently on your back once a week with gentle scrubs. Don't scrub your skin too hard, it can aggravate your acne.

What treatments have you used. Remember back acne takes longer time to treat and every treatment that works on other may not work on you. So try using various methods until you find the best one that works on you.

Thanx for replying.
I recently visited a skin clinic suggested by a friend. They gave me a back cleaning therapy, followed by chemical peels...my back looks much much better, though I have to take a few more sittings :)
