I have no idea what's going on... 10 months ago we moved into our newish house, and shortly after, I broke out in these bumps on my hands that seemed to spread to my sides, stomach, and inside of my arms. They eventually went away, and the doctor gave me clotrimazole and betamethasone cream to put on it if it came back.

6 months later, I break out on my hands AGAIN. This time, it's isolated only to my hands. I've been dealing with this off and on now for 8 weeks. It'll come for a week or two, then go away. And then come back, and now it's stayed.

At first it started as clear bumps spread out on my hands as seen in this picture.

Today, it's in two small clusters and if you looks SUPER closely, there is small brown dots on the tops of the bumps-here's what it looks like TODAY:

I assumed it was something environmental when we moved in; but I've been here for awhile now, and am not exposed to anything new in my environment. I've switched to a FF goat's milk soap, but it hasn't seemed to help.

I told my doctor about this 2 weeks ago, but she doesn't take me seriously, so I switched Dr's and am waiting for an appt with him next week.

Does anyone have any experience with this or does this look like something specific? Scabies? Warts? Ezcema?

hi xMama2Fourx ,from the pictures u have sent and history u have given it seems like hand eczema to me also called hand dermatitis ,which is caused due to allergy to many substances, especially in housewives detergents and soaps are major culprits or other new chemicals they come in contact with.this is especially very itchy ,i would also like to know if the bumps seems to fill with fluid or is very firm in nature.if blisters seems fluid filled and tend to break easily while scratching its more likely to be eczema of hand .For which i advise u to keep your hand dry as far as possible but if u have to use soaps and detergents try to use vinyl gloves and avoid rubber gloves but take care not use gloves for longer period of time coz sweats may also aggravate the condition . You can use mild emollients if its very dry and some topical steroids to reduce the inflammation. To find the possible allergen u can go though the patch test.
