I’m an attractive girl of 24 years. A year ago I had bleached my face with a good bleaching cream. I also do cleansing facials regularly. Of late red pimples have started appearing on my forehead and cheeks making my face look ugly with scars. The cleansing also does not work on my face these days. What should I do? I want to look attractive again.

The best thing to do is to have a micro-dermabrasion facial which will be beneficial for both your pimples and your scars. The derma has crystals in it which peels off a layer of your dead skin on the face and will also help lighten your scars. You will also get a face lift at the same time which is going to tone up your skin and give you a healthy and glowing look. I suggest you don’t bleach your skin again as your skin may be sensitive to it.

Since it is related to treating only outer layer of your skin so there is not much side effects. Non-invasive and non-wounding to the skin’s surface, Microdermabrasion has virtually no discomfort, down time or recovery. you may experience some redness for about an hour after the procedure and some tightness of the skin. Two to three days after the procedure, there may be some minor flaking and skin may be sensitive. Healing time for most is a few days.

And yea as far as treatment time is concern it depends on your skin condition so consulting your dermatologist(esp.Laser expert) is good.
