Hi, please help me, i dont know where else to go! At different times during the day or night i would get a red itchy patch on my face that is no bigger than 5p coin and has a large whitish bump in the middle (3-5 mm diameter). within half an hour the red circle goes away and im left with a tiny white spot/pimple, that is easy to get rid of by releasing the puss. I would get 10-20 during 24 hours. I consider my skin to be on a dry side and have always used nivea in the morning and before bed. I have tried antiinflamatory and antibiotic creams but they only dry out my skin and do not affect the amount of these spots. Please please please tell me what they are? Could it be an allergy? Heat spots? How do I stop them? I have given up taking contraceptives last month thinking they might be causing it - but the amount of spots has not reduced!
Many thanks for reading.

puzzledcat, can you make a few photos ?
will be more easyer for us to figure out what happens with your skin if we see it.

i think you should see a doctor or a dermatologist. if what you are doing doesn't work it is time to see a professional. he or she can diagnose what you have better than some of us.

Thank you, but please tell me how to post pictures onto here? I have made a few...
As for going to doctors - its a waste of time, they fob you off with a bit of a useless cream. Hence trying to work it out for myself. But you are right I should ask for a referral to the dermatologist...
