the only lip plumper i use is kissing. doesn't cost anything and it is fun. save money!!!

Put a drop cinnamon essential oil in a carrier oil of your choice and put it on your lips. It is best to make a lip balm and put the cinnamon essential oil in that and use it. It will plump your lips as well as anything product on the market and will save you money.

But I like Brenda's idea better, it is a lot more fun, lol

Rub your lips with a pepperment leaf, it's a natural lip plumper.
