How do you get rid of ringworms? It's really annoying to have this ringworm on my arm that I can't get rid of. I'm using tea tree oil and I've been using it for a week but it's still not going away.

Help?:(

well you should try some anti-fungal treatment.. as its is cause by fungal infection and its highly contagious.Wash the rash with soap and water, remove flaky skin, and dry thoroughly.then you can apply some anti-fungal cream. These creams can be bought without prescription.Drugs may include miconazole, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole and some other..if topical creams don't show any effects visit doc. he may prescribe you oral treatment.

I've read that tea tree oil is a great natural treatment for ringworms which is why I chose to use it instead. I don't know if there is any improvement but it sure is still on my arm. Thanks, admin. I think I'd go and find an anti-fungal cream instead.

I have that problem before and it was worst. I don't even know where I got it. I went to a dermatologist for help. She prescribed to take a bath twice a day with an anti-fungal soap and clotrimazole cream. I spent a lot for the treatment :( . It did work and after a month it was all gone. Thanks God.

I've heard of ring worms before but what exactly are they and how exactly do you get them? I think I'd be so grossed out I'd die if I got 1 so I'd best know ahead of time how to avoid them LOL
