What are should be done and should not be done when you have an oily skin? One thing I know that should not be done is not to eat oily food as it will only worsen the problem. Please share your thoughts on this, guys.

You should drink a lot of water and cut down on the oily foods of course. Using blotting papers to absorb excess oil will often help as well. Make sure you use oil free make up. Steaming your face will also help.

Steaming the face? How is it done? What products can you recommend because there are many products available in the market that says oil free where in fact, it is not :(

try to eat as healthy as you can, and avoid using makeup that will clog your pores, because that will make the glands in your skin produce more oil. even though your face is already oily, keep it hydrated!

Wash your face twice a day. 2 or 3 times a week use a facial scrub. Take astringent and mix it with rose water in equal quantities. Keep in a bottle. Use this to wipe the face 2 or 3 times a day to reduce oiliness and refresh the skin. Then a water based moisturizer is a must. To reduce the shine use powder.
