As we get older, it is inevitable that we'll develop wrinkles. Over the years, the skin tends to lose the elasticity and collagen is needed to keep the skin plump, supple, and youthful in appearance. There are a variety of reasons as to why you may develop wrinkles other than the passage of time. One of the most common culprits that result in unsightly facial wrinkles is sun damage due to time spent lying in the sun without the aid of sunscreen or sun block. Those with dry skin also fall prey to wrinkles, which is why it is important to properly moisturize your skin.

So is there anything you can do about your wrinkles? While you can't literally turn the hands of time to bring your complexion back to its youthful state, there are some things you can do to prevent premature wrinkles or treat the wrinkles you already have. That is where wrinkle treatment products come in. You can find wrinkle treatment creams, serums, and lotions in just about any store or online.

Anti aging skin care is retarding the aging process.Today everyone wants to hide their age using procedures (and a number of people are successful too).Antiaging skin care is about discipline. It is about being proactive. Here are a few tips for proactive antiaging skin care:
1. Take vitamin C from your diet:
A well balanced diet is the key to maintaining a proper body metabolism. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, they are the best source of trace elements your body needs. They are also the best source of vitamin C your skin needs, apart from its interactions inside products.
2- Fight stress:
This is probably the most important anti aging skin care measure. Stress disturbs the body metabolism and accelerates the aging process. Sleep, exercise and a relaxing bath, are all good ways of beating stress.
3- Do not dehydrate your body and drink a lot of water:
Water helps in flushing out the toxins from the body, hence keeping it clean and making it less prone to disease. Around 8 glasses of water per day is recommended by all doctors.
4- Exercise:
Besides toning your muscles, it also helps in cleaning the skin by flushing out the toxins in the form of sweat. Exercise should be followed by a warm shower in order to completely remove the toxins.
5- Avoid Trojan horses:
Avoid the use of strong, chemical based products on your skin. Do not let them sneak peak in your skin care product.
6- Do not overuse skin care products:
Excessive and harsh application, both are harmful.
7- Be aware of your skin status:
Do not ignore skin disorders, it can lead to permanent damage. Try over the counter medication and if that does not help, immediately visit your dermatologist and seek his/her advice.
8- Pay attention to vitamin C in your skin care product:
Vitamin C based skin care products are very popular means of antiaging care. However, these seem to oxidise very quickly (which makes them harmful for the skin). So store them properly. If the product turns Yellowish brown, it means that vitamin c has oxidised and the product is no longer suitable for use.
9- Take care of UV radiation:
UV rays are known to speed up the aging process. So wear sunscreen if you are going to be exposed to extreme hot weather.

Wrinkles are nothing but an aging sign. In old age skin tends to lose elasticity and collagen that makes you looks younger, hence a safe and effective wrinkle treatment product is essential to moisturize your skin and nourish the cells. These products contain special anti-aging ingredients that diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

You can find thousands of remedies for anti aging but there are just 3 basic rules in keeping the skin healthy and young looking:
* Drink lots of water , more than 10 glasses a day
* Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine and fatty food
* have a healthy lifestyle (exercise and diet)

Once you do all these, im sure you wont have problems like anti aging.

There are two products I love that do more than just smooth our your wrinkles. Strixaderm's Aqua Scoop both moisturizes and plumps skin while helping to smooth away wrinkles. It goes on so smoothly, I can't go a day without it. Also, their body cream is amazing! It helps fade stretch marks, dark spots and smooth away fine lines...a serious all in one treatment!!

My sister has been using this DNA Serum from Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills Formula since she was about my age and her skin looks great! I'm in my early 20's and I'm thinking about slowly starting on an anti aging serum like hers just so I can prevent premature aging. What do you think? I already exercise and drink a lot of water. I just think it's better to prevent, than to have to treat it later on.

Wrinkles can be treated by taking vitamin C and drinks lot of water.

Internal C will do nothing for your wrinkles. A well formulated C serum topically will help.

4 Major Causes of Skin Aging
- Decreased cell turnover (can take as long as 90 days for cell turnover as we age)
- Diminished collagen & elastin production (-1% of collagen every year after age of 30)
- Loss of mositure
- Cumulative effects of sun & environmental damage
plus behavioral & lifestyle choices

James use products that encourage cell turnover, contain peptides to stimualte collagen production and a sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection and you will see results. My mentor, Dr. Katie Rodan, says "It is never too late to change your habits and your skin."
