Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help - I have these marks just under my eye that dont go away - Ive had them for months they started as zits or pimples but have never really cleared up -

I think the problem may be when the marks start to scab up or heal the tops keep coming off or getting agitated - this is annoying because i never really touch them they just keep self destructing themselves -

any advice on products or techniques would be appreciated

if you had them for months i think it is time to see a doctor. my brother in law had what he thought was a pimple on his nose that wouldn't heal and it was basil cell carcinoma. if i were you i would have this checked out. months is too long to have the same blemish.

Well its looks like Demodicidosis, which is a infection of parasite named Demodex folliculorum or Demodex brevis, further microscopic examinations may confirm the case. For treatment options you can consult your doctor or pharmacist and apply crotamiton or 5% permethrin. I would suggest its better to consult a dermatologist and exclude other similar condition if you suspect any, before applying the medications.

Let us know if you have any questions in mind...

I would suggest to see an expert regarding your case like a dermatologist maybe. I think they know best and dont just try any products that will just worsen your condition. Always remember that we all have different skin type the product that might work to others might not be that effective for you. So I say an expert is recommended.

Do they get irritated moreso when you shave? Try using a shaving soap and/or aftershave with tea tree.

One more question - do you wear any kind of goggle or sunglasses that touch that area? If so there may be an irritation from that.
