I need help deciding whether to continue using anti-wrinkle cream. I am 49 and have freckles and some wrinkles around my eyes and they are starting to appear around my mouth. I tried using Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle Cream for about three days and my face became reddish (it looked like I had a sunburn), became very dry around my mouth and started to peel - it looks awful! I have stopped and am wondering if i can use an anti-wrinkle cream without these side effects? :(

I'm not a doctor. I would look at the ingredients and see what those are. Try something with different ingredients or search on online for something all natural (though that might cause problems also). You where of course right to stop the cream you were using. If it where me it would not us anything for a bit then experiment with unseen spots (slowly) and keep track of the effects. You are obviously alergic to something in that cream. Good Luck

I would recommend you to use Bio Marine Anti-Wrinkle 50gr from Bio Flora. Its effective and removes wrinkles as you apply regularly. Buy this product only if my suggestion suits you.

I know a one anti aging cream that is more effective. Cynergy TK is known ingredient that will become very popular due to its amazing natural anti aging properties. It can be used to remove wrinkle and lines because it stimulates natural collagen and elastic production in your skin. These essential proteins aid with skin elasticity to keep your complexion looking tight, toned and smooth. I suggest you to use this product.:h4:

Hello,

Wrinkle cause with growing age and it is natural but if it is showing in small age which may be because of smoke or irregular blood circulation. Instead using any cream use hot steam, message and see result. If it works then continue with it.

Have you ever thought of making your own cream? There is a lot of information out there about that. Most commercial creams have much smaller amounts of the important active ingredients that they should. If you make things yourself you will both save money and get many times the value of any standard bought creams.

The Olay is a hydrating cream. more and more women are turning to this cream in hopes of achieving more beautiful skin. There are many skin products that flood in the market but only Olay cream is one that meets the expectations of the consumers.

Apparently many of these creams have an only cosmetic effect. What you really need are the right active ingredients.
There are such brands as Skinceuticals and some others. Their prices are out of my reach. But with a little bit of research you can make your own at a fraction of the price and get the best quality.

you should use an anti-wrinkle cream with moisturizer. look for the "lanolin" ingredient. did a little research about it and i found out that it's an effective natural skin moisturizer. look for a product with at least this ingredient.

However, if you want to ensure that you get the best results possible, then it's important to use a product regularly.Suggestion of skin specialist is very important then to.

Be careful. While lanolin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanolin) is great for a lot of people, some people (like me) are seriously allergic. Is a red, itchy rash better than wrinkles?

If I were you, I would read some reviews before I tried anything. Ask everyone you know, even strangers. For as pricey as these creams are, I'd hate to have to buy something that didn't work or made me break out.

oh yeah. thanks for raising the point. be careful also for ingredients that you might be allergic with. you might be allergic with any chemicals on your skin. if that's the case, natural ingredients are still the best option.

This post was wayback years ago but I just wanna give an answer for the other people who will appreciate it. Well, I believe that those products are created and tested to look better, yet it differs from person to person because of our skin type. It maybe good for them, but not for you therefore sometimes a trend is not for everyone. Well, you may try a new product which I used for a short period of time and it cleared those annoying stuff on my skin. They will launch this year hopefully but you may try their free kit foe the result. It's quite good at any skin type so I'm confident to share it. You may visit their site for further assistance, maybe they will able to suggest and guide you .

Oh it's not good for your skin. Everybody wants good skin. The best wrinkle cream you can apply is ******** anti wrinkle cream. It will not only change the tone of your skin but also give a new life to it. And the most interesting thing is it will not harm your skin because all the ingredients are harmless. Check out more about the benefits of this cream http://www.********skin.ca/

In my experience most over the counter anti-aging cream is pretty much useless.
This is not to say that its all garbage but I just read an article that claimed over the counter anti-aging creams (the ones that work) only have an effect on 2-5% of wrinkles and lines.
Your best bet is to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription.
If you don't have the money to see a dermatologist I honestly would not bother.
We live in an age of infomercials telling us the impossible is possible and sometimes we just have to accept that we are getting older.
Don't get me wrong i'm not encouraging you to give up but I have tried at least a dozen different over the counter anti-aging products and NONE of them did anything for me and everything I have read seems to agree that prescription is the way to go.

Remember you cant reverse the process of aging all you can do is slow it down. (Unless you want to get surgery and that does not always work out either)

Dear, I think the cream you applied doesn't suit you. I would also suggest you to maintain healthy diet like eat more fruits and anti aging foods. They help to reduce signs of aging and also include ******** anti aging cream in your daily skin care. I found this cream cream on Internet and come to know that this cream treat wrinkles in couple of days and also there are no side effects because all the ingredients in this cream are harmless.

Take care of the skin is more essential rather than using many products when the problem is came . Honey and lemon juice are natural products which are very effective and useful for protecting the skin from harmful effects.
