it really depends on the quality of the ingredients they use. i don't think spas will make your face more attractive, but it will certainly make you FEEL more attractive because of its cleansing and calming effects.

try a spa with natural ingredients!

I've had some facials done before and it was okay. My skin's very sensitive so it turned bright red after the session. I only went back because there was a big promotion going on; however, I haven't gone back in a few months now. I think going to my dermatologist is more worth it and more effective in improving my skin condition.

Spas are reserved for full body massages in my case. I just don't believe that facials are their specialties. :)
